United Future Creators Inc.（略称：UFC）は、2012年の設立以来、音楽出版、音楽制作、アーティストマネジメントを軸に、多角的な音楽ビジネスを展開している東京拠点の音楽カンパニーです。現在は、20名を超える所属および業務委託のクリエイターが在籍し、国内外のレーベル、アーティスト、広告・映像業界に向けて幅広いジャンルの楽曲を提供しています。
制作チームは、グローバル市場を見据えたポップス／ダンスミュージックを得意とするチームと、日本国内のJ-POP／ロックに特化したチームの二軸体制を構築。これまでに200曲以上がオリコンチャートTOP3入り。累計600以上の作品に収録され、フィジカル・デジタルを合わせた総セールスは3,200万を超えています。
UFCが管理する楽曲の中には、ミリオンセラー6作品（うち2作品はダブルミリオン）、ゴールドディスク認定25作品、MTVアワード受賞作などが含まれ、米国・カナダでもゴールド／プラチナセールスを記録しています。2025年4月時点で、120曲が国内外の主要機関より各種認定・受賞を受け、YouTubeでの累計再生数は5億回を突破。
また、国外約10社の音楽出版社と提携し、欧米・アジアのソングライティングキャンプへの参加や、現地アーティストとのコライトを通じて、グローバルな音楽制作・流通ネットワークを築いています。近年では、海外楽曲の日本国内におけるカタログ管理、広告・映画・ドラマ・ゲーム等への楽曲提供を行うシンクロプレースメント事業にも注力。Apple「iPhone X」の全世界CMにおいて管理楽曲が起用されるなど、国際的なブランドとの連携も拡大しています。
制作スタジオを構え、作家陣はコンセプト設計からアレンジ、レコーディング、マスタリングまで一貫したクリエイティブプロセスを提供。クライアントの多様なニーズに応える体制を整えています。
取引先には、Sony Music、avex、Universal Music、Warner Music、LDH、Starto Entertainment、HYBE、JYP、SM Entertainment、Netflix、CyberAgent、KADOKAWAなど、国内外の主要音楽・エンターテインメント企業が名を連ねています。
代表の河田秀樹は、avexでの国際戦略および音楽出版の経験を経てUFCを設立。現在も「HiDE Kawada」名義でDJ／音楽プロデューサーとして活動を続けており、スタジオとクラブの双方に立ちながら、音楽の創造と実装を横断的に手がけています。
United Future Creators Inc. (UFC), founded in 2012, is a Tokyo-based music company specializing in music publishing, music production, and artist management. With over 20 affiliated and commissioned creators, UFC provides a wide range of music for domestic and international record labels, artists, as well as clients in advertising, film, and other media industries.
Our production teams are organized into two core divisions: one focused on global-oriented pop and dance music, and the other specializing in J-POP and rock for the domestic market. Over 200 UFC-produced tracks have ranked in the Top 3 of the Oricon charts, and our works have been included in over 600 commercially released titles, generating more than 32 million units in total physical and digital sales.
The UFC catalog includes 6 million-selling songs (2 of which are certified double platinum), 25 Gold Disc awards, multiple MTV award-winning tracks, and RIAA-certified Gold and Platinum titles in the U.S. and Canada. As of April 2025, over 120 songs under UFC management have received official certifications or awards, and the total YouTube views of UFC-involved works exceed 500 million.
UFC maintains partnerships with around 10 international music publishers and actively participates in global songwriting camps and collaborative projects with overseas artists. In recent years, we’ve also expanded into domestic catalog administration for international songs, and significantly strengthened our sync licensing business for commercials, films, TV, and games. Notably, one of our managed tracks was featured in the global Apple “iPhone X” commercial campaign.
We house production studios, fully equipped with cutting-edge DAW systems and hybrid mixing environments. We offer an end-to-end production process—from concept development and arrangement to recording, mastering, and promotional coordination—tailored to meet a wide range of client needs.
Our key clients include Sony Music, avex, Universal Music, Warner Music, LDH, Starto Entertainment, HYBE, JYP, SM Entertainment, Netflix, CyberAgent, and KADOKAWA.
UFC is led by CEO Hideki Kawada, who brings extensive experience from his time at avex, where he worked in international strategy and music publishing. He continues to be active under the name HiDE Kawada as a DJ and music producer, performing at clubs and festivals worldwide while bridging creativity and business from both behind the scenes and on the front lines.
